Who We Are
Founders, Danteé Ramos and Zayna Allen have both had seven years in the industry interviewing some of your favs including Vivica Fox, Elaine Welteroth, Erykah Badu, Marsai Martin, Keke Palmer, Stephen Curry, and the list goes on! They have worked with companies such as MTV, Hot97, Paramount, TV One, and more. The two have even gone on to produce their own shows. Zayna created her radio show, "Tea Time with Zayna The Brand" and Danteé created her interview series, "The Hot Seat."

After meeting in 2019, the two realized the importance of community and sisterhood in an already challenging industry. Once the pandemic hit, it showed them that there was also a shift in what was needed to succeed as a host. Coming together, the two created Hybrid Host Workshop to help.
​
The Hybrid Host Workshop teaches those just starting out in the industry how to navigate the new normal. There are no age, sex, or prior experience requirements.
The course is a 12-week long intensive designed to give you the tools you need to succeed as an on-air host in person and virtually!

Upon completion of the course, a virtual ceremony is held for past alumni, semester guest speakers, and student's family & friends to attend.
​
New alumni are offered access to the exclusive HHW Alumni membership subscription where they can continue being a part of the community, have priority access to mentors, attend events, have monthly accountability check-ins as well as partake in monthly mind, body, and spirit enrichment seminars.

ABOUT NOVIA ROSE
Novia is a seasoned multi- media professional with experience in Entertainment journalism, celebrity correspondence and digital marketing, managing and optimizing social media accounts for a variety of legacy brands and clients. She is an Alumna of SUNY Oswego, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast / Communications. Her affinity for Entertainment led her straight from the classroom to building a successful career, spanning over a decade.
Transform The Hustle Scholarship
The Transform The Hustle Scholarship offers a PARTIAL scholarship, meaning half of the expenses of the course will be covered ($250 value).
